About Peak Recover

Peak Recover is a premium sauna, recovery, and yoga facility located in Whaley Bridge, High Peak. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Bookings and payments

• All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. In this event, a full refund or alternative booking will be offered.

Health and safety

• Participants use our facilities at their own risk. You must inform us of any medical conditions before your session.
• Sauna and yoga carry inherent risks. Consult your doctor if you have any health concerns before participating.
• We reserve the right to refuse access to any person who appears unwell or whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Memberships

• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
• Membership fees are billed monthly. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice.
• We reserve the right to amend membership terms with 30 days' notice.

Liability

Peak Recover accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property on our premises. Our liability for personal injury is limited to cases of proven negligence on our part. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, and branding — is owned by Peak Recover and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
