Our sauna & stretch yoga is practiced in a therapeutic space. The sauna temperature will be on 85 degrees, which warms the space to a relaxing temperature. It deepens flexibility, elevates heart rate, and challenges the body and mind simultaneously.

Class Size
We keep classes small.
Levels
Classes run at beginner, intermediate, and mixed-level formats. There is no class at PEAK. where you will feel left behind.
What to Bring
Water. A towel. Comfortable yoga wear for getting warm in. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first session.

You do not need a yoga background. You need to show up. Every class includes instruction accessible to first-timers, and the qualified instructors here know how to run a mixed-ability room. The heat is challenging — it is also why you will feel as good as you do at the end.
